The Design Checker is a utility that verifies settings in a document such as dimension standards, annotation settings, fonts, materials, units, etc…

Design Checker can be opened from – File menu     →   Tools   →    Design Checker  →     Build Checks.

After clicking Build checks SOLIDWORKS design checker will be opened .Here we have pre-defined standards and also we can  even customize it.
